Simone Biles
Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) is considered to be one of the top athletes in sports. Being the only U.S. female gymnast, Biles was one of the few to achieve four golds in the same Games at the 2016 Olympics. Biles is the only person to have three consecutive world championships. Biles was born at home in Spring Texas, in the Houston metropolitan area. Her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone started to develop an interest in gymnastics as a six-year-old during a school field trip to Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach throughout the next 11 years. Biles was a winner in the vault and floor exercise at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships before getting to the highest level of competition in the year 2011. Less than two years later she was a dominant competitor in the sport. Biles's consistency, her exuberant character and her high level of difficulty in her four events -vault uneven bars balance beam floor exercise as well as floor exercise -- made her above the others.
